Job Requirements

  • Degree in hospitality preferred
  • minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants or retail
  • multi-unit experience is a plus
  • proficiency with profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • ability to work varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations for OTG's diverse concepts, including retail, quick service restaurants, and full-service restaurants in an allocated area
  • ensure that all food and beverage products align with OTG standards for quality and presentation
  • manage scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal service levels
  • be accountable for successful onboarding and training plans for new hourly crew members
  • maintain a positive work environment for all crewmembers
  • provide a workplace free from hazards by following all safety policies and conforming to laws and regulations
  • responsible for corrective actions related to Coyle and NSF audits
  • communicate OTG policies and procedures consistently using the crewmember handbook and collective bargaining agreement
