Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail management
  • Experience managing multi-unit operations preferred
  • Strong financial management skills including P&L analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace environment

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality preferred
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years leadership experience in full-service restaurants or retail
  • Multi-unit management experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations for diverse food and retail concepts including QSR and full-service restaurants in assigned area
  • Ensure all food and beverage products meet OTG standards for quality and presentation
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to optimize service levels
  • Lead onboarding and training programs for new hourly crewmembers
  • Maintain a positive and safe work environment, complying with all health and safety policies
  • Address corrective actions related to Coyle and NSF audits
  • Use company policies and the crewmember handbook to consistently communicate OTG procedures
