Job Requirements
- Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Compliance with Twin Peaks Managers training program
- Completion of food and alcohol service certifications as required by local and state laws
- Ability to apply common sense and reasoning to manage varied and changing situations
- Must attend orientation and agree to company policies and procedures
- Ability to carry out cash handling and bank deposits accurately
Job Qualifications
- Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Creole is helpful
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple and multi-step instructions
- Ability to mathematically compute proper change and perform accurate checkouts and deposits
- Successful completion of Twin Peaks Manager training program
- Compliance with local and state regulations including food and/or alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- Effectively teach, motivate, and coach all team members including the kitchen crew and Twin Peaks Girls
- Must follow proper Twin Peaks Girls Audition Guidelines
- Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls that meet or exceed the requirements in the Audition Guidelines
- Ensure that Steps of Service are followed at all times and motivate staff to provide P.E.A.K.S. service to every table
- Hold kitchen staff accountable to standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Responsibly handle cash, including but not limited to assigning drawers, computing employee checkouts, and bank deposits
- Respectfully and properly handle all issues of alleged discrimination or harassment in accordance with policy
