Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant or retail leadership
  • Ability to manage teams effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Capability to handle high-pressure environments
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours
  • Commitment to health and safety compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality preferred
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants or retail
  • Multi-unit management experience a plus
  • Proficiency with P&L analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays and inclement weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations for OTG's diverse concepts including retail, QSR, and full-service restaurants in an allocated area
  • Ensure all food and beverage products align with OTG standards for quality and presentation
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to maintain optimal service levels
  • Develop and implement onboarding and training plans for new hourly crewmembers
  • Maintain a positive and safe work environment for all crewmembers
  • Enforce safety policies and comply with health and safety standards and regulations
  • Address corrective actions following Coyle and NSF audits
  • Communicate OTG policies consistently using the crewmember handbook and CBA
