Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service
- At least 6 months of supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and policy documents
- Comfortable conversing with customers
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards including HACCP
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists according to company policies and procedures
- Assist AGM/GM in managing and supervising day-to-day activities of associates within a defined group of restaurants or points-of-sale
- Participate in the interview process, provide input in hiring, recommend termination, advancement, promotion or status changes to the GM
- Assign work tasks and activities, help prepare schedules, ensure all shifts are covered
- Ensure associates take mandated rest breaks and meal periods
- Maintain cleanliness, stock, and visual appeal of display areas
- Ensure all equipment is functional
- Operate cash register, void transactions as needed, and maintain proper cash security
- Monitor wellness and safety compliance, report safety concerns
- Understand and perform health and safety activities per Manager's Guide
- Place orders, receive goods, and process invoices
- Maintain current contact information for all associates
