Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service
  • At least 6 months of supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and policy documents
  • Comfortable conversing with customers
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards including HACCP
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists according to company policies and procedures
  • Assist AGM/GM in managing and supervising day-to-day activities of associates within a defined group of restaurants or points-of-sale
  • Participate in the interview process, provide input in hiring, recommend termination, advancement, promotion or status changes to the GM
  • Assign work tasks and activities, help prepare schedules, ensure all shifts are covered
  • Ensure associates take mandated rest breaks and meal periods
  • Maintain cleanliness, stock, and visual appeal of display areas
  • Ensure all equipment is functional
  • Operate cash register, void transactions as needed, and maintain proper cash security
  • Monitor wellness and safety compliance, report safety concerns
  • Understand and perform health and safety activities per Manager's Guide
  • Place orders, receive goods, and process invoices
  • Maintain current contact information for all associates
