Job Requirements

  • preferably have three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • responsible alcohol service knowledge
  • ability to manage and direct employees
  • passion for training and developing a team
  • understanding of safety and security systems and procedures
  • knowledge of computer operations

  • ensure responsible alcohol service
