Job Requirements

  • 21 plus years of age
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
  • True leadership capabilities
  • Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, noisy environments with distractions

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing high-volume operations

Job Duties

  • Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest's expectations
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions
  • Interacting with guest service-focused team members in areas of recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and continuous professional development
  • Living company core values and leading others to do so while collaborating with management to achieve timely, high-quality results
  • Managing cost of goods sold and labor to maximize profitability
  • Overseeing daily operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Creating a fun and engaging environment that promotes team morale and guest satisfaction
