Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Driving sales and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with employment policies
- Monitoring tickets and setting pace during peak hours
- Conducting formal line taste and temperature checks
- Providing and overseeing thorough training
- Maintaining proper food handling, maintenance, and storage
- Conducting table visits with guests to gather insights
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
