Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or food service management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Basic computer skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus

Job Duties

  • Driving sales and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies
  • Monitoring tickets and setting pace during peak hours
  • Conducting formal line taste and temperature checks
  • Providing and overseeing thorough training
  • Maintaining proper food handling, maintenance, and storage
  • Conducting table visits with guests to gather insights
  • Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and equipment maintenance
  • Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
