Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of experience in a server or bartender role
- leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work 45-50 hours per week
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- ability to manage inventory and cost controls
- strong organizational and planning skills

Job Duties
- Ensure success of guest service and guest experience
- cost control, food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
- oversee staff before, during and after service
- provide training and coaching of standards
- shift planning and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow
- ensure labor law compliance
- perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
- coach and motivate team, to support and align with company culture and business needs
- implementing specials and marketing initiatives, scheduling and inventory
- assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
