Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior restaurant management experience
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • knowledge of health and safety compliance
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
  • authorized to work in the U.S

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar leadership role, strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards, exceptional leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ability to work under pressure, knowledge of health and safety regulations, flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays, prior experience in airport or hospitality industry a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise all restaurant activities, ensure high customer service and satisfaction, manage reservations and seating arrangements, recruit and train restaurant staff, schedule and assign duties, coach and evaluate team performance, handle customer inquiries and complaints, monitor operational costs including labor and inventory, implement strategies to increase revenue, conduct inventory checks, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintain accurate records, follow airport security protocols
