- Driver's license preferred

- Minimum of 2 years management experience in an upscale or fine dining high volume setting
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 10 pounds

Job Duties
- Be physically present on the floor during service to ensure service standards
- Guide, direct and train service staff
- Observe the flow of guests and provide assistance when necessary
- Communicate effectively across all facets and departments
- Assist in wine sales and service
- Monitor sales and labor reports and forecast respectively
- Multitask and solve problems effectively
