- restaurant management experience preferred
- 2-year hospitality degree preferred

Job Duties
- Execute daily restaurant operations including supervision of hourly team members
- assist general manager with sales initiatives and goal execution
- support front of house operations including system adherence, health inspections, and quality control of beer and food safety
- oversee food presentation to meet company standards
- monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain building, equipment, and supply levels through coordination with contractors and use of basic maintenance skills
- handle guest complaints and comments professionally for timely guest recovery
- ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce injury risks and complete necessary accident reports
- communicate team member issues to management through meetings and digital logs
- sign off front and back of house team members at shift end
- follow company procedures including crisis management
- complete manager in training projects
- assist with hourly team member scheduling based on budget
- support financial, HR, and payroll administrative duties
- adhere to company cash handling and security procedures
- monitor expenditures, invoice entry, sales projections, and manage food, labor and supply costs
- perform other duties as assigned by leadership
