Job Requirements
- Four-year college degree preferred
- minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management
- extensive knowledge of Friday's recipes, policies and standards
- capable of performing all hourly position functions
- knowledge of P.O.S. and back office systems

Job Duties
- Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on delivering a great guest experience
- supervise and support 3-6 managers and all front-of-house and back-of-house hourly team members
- manage all profit and loss centers
- align all behavior with the credo and guiding principles
- execute on all brand standards
- identify opportunities to drive sales, traffic and return visits with a four-wall mentality
- oversee implementation of local store marketing and national marketing promotions
- assist with determination of current and future staffing needs in the restaurant
- identify and develop high potential team members and managers to fill future openings
- provide ongoing and honest feedback, coaching and development to managers and team members
- evaluate performance fairly and frequently and hold managers and team members accountable to results
- create a safe, clean and discrimination-free environment
- respond to guest service complaints either in person or over the phone and take actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
- complete all financial and personnel/payroll related administrative duties accurately and timely
