Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant environment
- Experience supervising and training staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant
- Ability to operate Point of Sale system and cash register
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend during entire shift
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- Providing an excellent guest experience
- Ensuring that great food is prepared and served
- Keeping the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful
- Managing inventory and money control systems
- Coordinating local marketing initiatives including community outreach
- Recruiting and rewarding outstanding staff
- Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
- Supporting local and national marketing initiatives
- Maintaining business records and analyzing sales
- Identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales
- Planning special events and promotions
