Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of management experience in a high volume carryout/delivery pizzeria or similar restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic inventory management skills
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of management experience in a high volume carryout/delivery pizzeria or at high volume restaurant with carryout and delivery
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends
Job Duties
- Opening and/or closing restaurant
- Train staff on standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Coordinating delivery drivers
- Prepare pizzas and kitchen menu items according to established recipes and procedures
- Ensure speed of service
- Ensure quality of all menu items
- Manage and order store inventory
- Actively motivate staff and provide high level of customer service
