Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to handle sensitive information and situations with discretion
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work additional hours as needed
  • strong work ethic and accountability
  • ability to work necessary hours averaging 47.5 per week
  • physical ability to walk, bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, pull, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • articulate communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience
  • at least two years of management experience
  • strong leadership and problem-solving skills

  • experience with employee development and team motivation
