Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume restaurant and fine dining environments
- Extensive knowledge of wines
- Sommelier certificate preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated business ethics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Self-motivated with a guest-focused mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Familiarity with touch screen POS systems and backend reporting
- Knowledge of inventory management and troubleshooting in food and beverage
- Food safe certification
- Responsible alcohol training

Job Duties
- Provide inspirational leadership with an emphasis on operations, food and service quality, people development, hospitality, cleanliness, and sales/profitability
- Champion the guest experience while instilling a culture of guest first hospitality
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure strict standards for cleanliness, food safety, sanitation, food presentation, preparation times, freshness, and recipe adherence are met
- Support in-store training initiatives, monitoring training processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Ensure that private events, catering, and banquets are properly executed
- Be a wine ambassador and represent all wines on the list
- Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and recognition procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules, in an organized and timely manner
- Continuously develop and motivate the team to deliver legendary customer service
- Solicit guest feedback to understand guest needs and the needs of the local community
- Utilize management information tools and analyze financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in sales, promos, voids, labor costs, food costs and operational expenses
- Ensure the company's policies and procedures are properly executed
