Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Follow up on delegated tasks and report results
  • Ensure guest service areas like Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru are organized and efficient
  • Oversee kitchen operations focusing on food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew members to meet sales and profit goals
