Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
- Ability to handle money and operate cash registers
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under general supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to maintain company policies and standards

- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to accurately handle money, make change, and process credit card transactions
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- Passion for the restaurant business and compassion for people
Job Duties
- Ensure company policy and brand quality standards are followed
- Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
- Train and develop new hourly team members
- Increase sales by ensuring responsible and efficient operations
- Maintain an overall management style in accordance with established best practices
- Provide leadership and direction to all team leaders and members to ensure efficient operation
- Ensure food quality and customer service standards
- Achieve and maintain required certifications
- Perform administrative activities
- Manage inventory effectively
- Complete all tasks assigned by Operating Partner on time
