Job Requirements

  • must be at least eighteen years of age
  • pass the company’s background process
  • have a clear driving record and proof of insurance
  • able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • able to stand for long periods of time
  • obtain valid seller/server certification and health certification within 90 days of employment
  • no visible tattoos on head, neck or face above the uniform, no visible tattoos on arms or hands except for one smaller than 1 inch by 1 inch unless concealed
  • may perform essential restaurant manager job duties

Job Duties

  • supervise and train a team of 20 to 45 team members
  • ensure excellent guest service standards
  • oversee food preparation, safety, and quality
  • develop ideas to exceed sales goals
  • handle fast-paced and high-energy environment
  • interact with customers and address inquiries and complaints
  • motivate team members to exceed customer expectations
  • manage dining room operations
  • assume full accountability for restaurant profit and loss
  • implement marketing strategies
  • follow cash control procedures
  • maintain inventory
  • produce quality products
  • manage labor and review financial reports
  • operate point of sale terminal
