Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager or assistant manager
  • Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members

  • Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Upholds brand standards and Chick-fil-A culture
  • Upholds food safety and quality standards
  • Maintains restaurant cleanliness and safety
  • Creates daily restaurant experience through positive feedback
  • Develops daily operational plans for the restaurant
  • Coaches team leaders and members using development tools
  • Anticipates and solves restaurant problems including staffing and communication
  • Allocates and delegates daily tasks and personnel resources
