- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager or assistant manager

- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Upholds brand standards and Chick-fil-A culture
- Upholds food safety and quality standards
- Maintains restaurant cleanliness and safety
- Creates daily restaurant experience through positive feedback
- Develops daily operational plans for the restaurant
- Coaches team leaders and members using development tools
- Anticipates and solves restaurant problems including staffing and communication
- Allocates and delegates daily tasks and personnel resources
