Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant environment
  • Experience in supervising and training staff
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer knowledge
  • Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
  • Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system or cash register
  • Physical ability to bend, stand, and walk for entire workday
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
  • Willingness to work full-time or part-time
  • Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Supporting local and national marketing initiatives
  • Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed
  • Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
  • Identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales
  • Planning special events and promotions
