Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management or leadership experience in food service or retail
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • manage, train, and develop team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all company and health department standards
  • drive excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns with professionalism
  • monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to maintain profitability
  • collaborate on goal setting, team performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • maintain strong communication across all levels of the restaurant team
