Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management or leadership experience in food service or retail
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- manage, train, and develop team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all company and health department standards
- drive excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns with professionalism
- monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to maintain profitability
- collaborate on goal setting, team performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- maintain strong communication across all levels of the restaurant team
