- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of experience in the restaurant industry as a server or bartender
- experience with training and leadership responsibilities preferred
- ability to work 45-50 hours per week
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure success of guest service and guest experience
- cost control including food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
- oversee staff before, during and after service
- provide training and coaching of standards
- shift planning and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow
- ensure labor law compliance
- perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
- coach and motivate team to support and align with company culture and business needs
- implement specials and marketing initiatives
- assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
