Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop a winning team that thrives on teamwork and exceptional customer service

  • Coach, observe, and train team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Manage schedules flexibly, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Roll up sleeves to assist with operational tasks, including standing for hours and lifting up to 50lbs
  • Manage multiple personalities and stressful situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach
  • Create meaningful connections with customers and team members to foster a positive environment
