Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead and develop a winning team that thrives on teamwork and exceptional customer service
- Mentor new leaders and empower team members to step into new roles
- Coach, observe, and train team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Manage schedules flexibly, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Roll up sleeves to assist with operational tasks, including standing for hours and lifting up to 50lbs
- Manage multiple personalities and stressful situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach
