- prior experience in a restaurant management role

Job Duties
- Contribute to the safety, training, administration, sales, and profitability of the restaurant
- partner with management team to execute action plans and manage hourly employee staffing levels, scheduling, performance management and evaluations
- coach and develop hourly employees to achieve success
- ensure team is result and solution driven, works together, and demonstrates Carolina Hospitality
- communicate regularly and effectively with home office, supervisors, management staff, team, and guests
- create and nurture relationships within the community as a brand ambassador
- adhere to all laws, policies, and company standards
- manage cost of sales and controllable expenses through effective shift controls
- act with ownership mentality and be a good steward
