Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age, minimum
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred
  • 1 or more years of restaurant or supervisory experience, preferred
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and coach team members
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within established timeframes

Job Duties

  • Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to team members
  • Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain safe working conditions by enforcing safety, security and maintenance policies
  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor food preparation and company procedures to minimize food cost
  • Monitor labor usage against sales and take corrective action
  • Execute, train and monitor cash control procedures
  • Provide ongoing coaching through established training systems
  • Assist General Manager with overall store operations including inventory and employee scheduling
