Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
  • oversee guest service department including training staff and organizing customer-facing areas
  • ensure kitchen operations deliver quality food safely and efficiently
  • manage food cost controls and kitchen staff training
  • handle people management including hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation
