Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role within retail or food service
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform in a busy environment
  • strong communication and motivational skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • passion for coffee and customer service
  • ability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical capability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50lbs
  • excellent organizational skills
  • problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire the team to achieve exceptional customer service
  • mentor and develop new leaders within the Brew Crew
  • manage scheduling with flexibility to meet operational needs
  • maintain hands-on involvement in daily stand operations including lifting, cleaning, and customer service
  • handle conflict resolution and problem-solving calmly and efficiently
  • foster a positive and fun work environment that encourages team connection and motivation
  • oversee operational standards to ensure quality and safety
