Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in a manager role in a high volume full service restaurant
  • College degree in a related field preferred such as business or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership interpersonal and people skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work nights weekends and long hours
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Job Duties

  • Generating sales through the development of team members sales skills and the enhancement of repeat business
  • Managing labor, waste and safety standards to affect profitability
  • Ensuring company service standards are met and promoting the Schwartz Brothers way of customer care
  • Monitoring food and beverage products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications
  • Supervising team members including hiring, training, evaluating, counseling, promoting and terminating
  • Developing team members individual skills and building teamwork and morale
  • Enforcing company standards, policies and procedures including cleanliness, safety, uniform and cash handling guidelines
  • Fulfilling specific administrative duties as required
