Job Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in a manager role in a high volume full service restaurant
- College degree in a related field preferred such as business or hospitality management
- Strong leadership interpersonal and people skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Flexible schedule with ability to work nights weekends and long hours
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Job Duties
- Generating sales through the development of team members sales skills and the enhancement of repeat business
- Managing labor, waste and safety standards to affect profitability
- Ensuring company service standards are met and promoting the Schwartz Brothers way of customer care
- Monitoring food and beverage products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications
- Supervising team members including hiring, training, evaluating, counseling, promoting and terminating
- Developing team members individual skills and building teamwork and morale
- Enforcing company standards, policies and procedures including cleanliness, safety, uniform and cash handling guidelines
- Fulfilling specific administrative duties as required
