Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
- experience supervising and training staff
- excellent communication skills
- computer knowledge
- ability to work in all areas of the restaurant
- ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
- willingness to work full time or part time with flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends

- keeping the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful
- managing inventory and money control systems
- coordinating local marketing initiatives including community outreach
- recruiting staff
- maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
- being a team player
- recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members
- ensuring safety and security protocols are followed including awareness of local and national health and food safety codes
- maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
- identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales
- supporting local and national marketing initiatives
