Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Hire, fire, and discipline team members when appropriate
  • Have complete knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage specifications
  • Open and close the restaurant by balancing funds properly and completing all paperwork after training
  • Check for proper closing and opening of kitchen and dining room areas
  • Perform all positions such as server, support team, bartending, and kitchen duties depending on area of responsibility
  • Interact with guests in a consistent friendly and fast manner
  • Ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
  • Monitor guests consuming alcoholic beverages and take appropriate action if intoxication is apparent
  • Treat all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed their expectations
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
  • Relocate to new or existing locations as needed
  • Be punctual and reliable to fulfill schedule and responsibilities
  • Understand controllable costs that affect store profitability and contribute to improvement
  • Communicate with other managers through emails and logbook
  • Follow proper procedures for handling team member performance issues
  • Interact, socialize, coach, and teach peers and team members positively and consistently
  • Cultivate a culture free from harassment and inappropriate situations for team members
