Job Duties

  • manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People

  • follow up on tasks and report results to management team
  • train service and kitchen staff in procedures and promotions
  • organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service efficiency
  • control food quality, safety, and inventory management
