Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to lead teams in a customer service environment
  • knowledge of food safety and inventory management systems

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • follow up and report results to management
  • oversee guest service departments ensuring high-quality customer service and organized service areas
  • ensure kitchen delivers quality food with food safety and cost control
  • hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members
  • manage sales promotions and staff training in service procedures
