Job Duties
- Hire, fire, and discipline team members when appropriate
- have complete knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage specifications
- open and close the restaurant by balancing funds and completing paperwork after training
- check proper closing and opening of kitchen and dining areas
- perform all roles such as server, support team, bartending, and kitchen duties as needed
- interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- ensure cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
