Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong work ethic and accountability
  • Capacity to work approximately 47.5 hours per week with flexibility for additional hours
  • Ability to perform physical activities including walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Must be articulate and persuasive
  • Must have a passion for guest service and team development

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience
  • At least two years of management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and P&Ls
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members
  • Ability to implement company initiatives effectively

Job Duties

  • Delegate responsibilities to team members
  • Manage daily restaurant operations with integrity
  • Roll out company initiatives effectively
  • Continually review and improve restaurant processes
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Provide timely and actionable feedback to team members
  • Manage and motivate staff through positive leadership
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Ensure restaurant is fully staffed with qualified team members
  • Recognize and reward team members for their performance
  • Facilitate leadership development programs
  • Track and manage restaurant P&L and expenses against budget
