Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Capacity to work approximately 47.5 hours per week with flexibility for additional hours
- Ability to perform physical activities including walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 55 pounds
- Must be articulate and persuasive
- Must have a passion for guest service and team development
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience
- At least two years of management experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of managing budgets and P&Ls
- Experience in coaching and developing team members
- Ability to implement company initiatives effectively
Job Duties
- Delegate responsibilities to team members
- Manage daily restaurant operations with integrity
- Roll out company initiatives effectively
- Continually review and improve restaurant processes
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Provide timely and actionable feedback to team members
- Manage and motivate staff through positive leadership
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Ensure restaurant is fully staffed with qualified team members
- Recognize and reward team members for their performance
- Facilitate leadership development programs
- Track and manage restaurant P&L and expenses against budget
