Job Qualifications

  • ability to handle physical demands including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items
  • problem-solving skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on teamwork and customer service
  • mentor and empower new leaders and team members
  • manage scheduling flexibly to cover early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • provide hands-on support during busy periods including standing for hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
  • handle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
  • foster meaningful connections with customers and the team to enhance the overall experience
