Job Requirements
- Availability for at least three shifts or 25 hours per week
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Ability to manage inventory and place stock orders
- Prior experience in restaurant or similar environment preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee overall store operations including customer service and sales performance
- Ensure food and drink quality and consistency
- Enforce store policies and procedures
- Manage and motivate store staff
- Balance supply and demand by facilitating back prep and placing stock orders
- Promote community involvement and brand excellence
- Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
