Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to follow company policy and brand quality standards
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Ability to lead, train and motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under general supervision and report to an Operating Partner
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices and procedures
- Ability to accurately handle money, make change and process credit card transactions
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure company policy and brand quality standards are followed
- Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
- Train and develop new hourly team members

- Provide leadership and direction to all team leaders and team members to ensure efficient operation
