Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Ability to accurately handle money and process transactions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Must complete all tasks assigned by the operating partner on time
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures in a restaurant
- Ability to accurately handle money, make change and process credit card transactions
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members
- Flexibility and ability to create fun in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- Passion for the business and compassion for people
- Typically works under general supervision and reports to an operating partner
Job Duties
- Ensure company policy and brand quality standards are followed
- Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
- Train and develop new hourly team members
- Increase sales by ensuring responsible and efficient operations
- Maintain an overall management style in accordance with our established best practices
- Provide leadership and direction to all team leaders and team members to ensure efficient operation
- Ensure food quality and customer service standards
- Achieve and maintain required certifications
- Perform administrative activities
- Manage inventory
- Complete all tasks assigned by operating partner on time
