Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant entertainment or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- This position requires you to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours in length and be able to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Duties
- Manages restaurant environment ensuring prompt friendly service according to company guidelines
- Directs overall activities and performance of associates on a shift by shift basis
- Ensures immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints and refers all verbal and written guest complaints to GM
- Maintains adequate departmental inventory levels and ensures product preparation and presentation meet company standards
- Effectively schedules associates to meet sales demands and maintains safety and security programs according to company policy
- Promotes and manages restaurant organization cleanliness and sanitation and performs routine maintenance reporting needed repairs to General Manager
- Promotes quality recruitment and training of associates and maintains a trained staff through orientation and training sessions
- Develops and assesses associate performance providing regular feedback and managing disciplinary actions
- Controls costs and maintains company assets ensuring compliance with local state and federal laws
- Reports progress toward restaurant performance and complies with all cash handling procedures
- Is responsible for the development of Assistant Managers Kitchen Professionals and Key Hourly Associates
- Inspires cooperation and teamwork by promoting the company mission and provides a role model for managers and associates
