Job Requirements
- 18 years of age
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Preferred 1 or more years of restaurant or supervisory experience
- Ability to work a variety of schedules according to business needs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend and stoop
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Ability to perform multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Ability to interact positively with customers
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work and communicate effectively with restaurant management team and team members
- Ability to train and coach team members

Job Duties
- Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to team members
- Ensure all Company food safety procedures are followed
- Comply with all health and sanitation regulations
- Maintain safe working conditions by following and enforcing all Company safety, security and maintenance policies and procedures
- Monitor tasks performed by team members to ensure product quality and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and follow up with team members regarding food preparation and Company procedures to minimize food cost
- Monitor labor usage against sales and take corrective action where necessary
- Execute, train and monitor proper cash control procedures
- Ensure proper training for team members through established training systems and provide ongoing coaching
- Assist General Manager in ensuring compliance with all other Company policies and procedures
- Assist General Manager with overall store operations including monitoring operational systems, profit and loss statements, inventory and employee scheduling
- Perform other job related duties as assigned or required
