- Maintaining proper food handling, maintenance, and storage
- Conducting table visits with guests to gather insights
- Monitoring cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
- Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment
- Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant and guest safety
