Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Position reports to General Manager
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manages restaurant environment ensuring prompt and friendly service according to company guidelines
- Directs overall activities and performance of associates on a shift by shift basis
- Enforces safety and security programs and maintains cleanliness and sanitation
- Schedules associates effectively to meet sales demands
- Handles guest complaints promptly and ensures 100% table visitation
- Monitors and manages associate performance including training, coaching, and disciplinary measures
- Controls costs, maintains inventory levels and prepares accurate daily paperwork for management
