Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to accurately handle money, make change, and process credit card transactions
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks with creativity and latitude
  • Passion for the business and compassion for people
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to recruit, develop and motivate team members
  • Flexibility to create fun in a fast-paced and stressful environment
  • Ability to work under general supervision and report to an Operating Partner

Job Qualifications

  • Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
  • Train and develop new hourly team members
  • Increase sales by ensuring responsible and efficient operations
  • Maintain an overall management style in accordance with established best practices
  • Provide leadership and direction to all team leaders and team members to ensure efficient operation
  • Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met
