Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
  • report results to other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
  • oversee sales promotions and service training
  • organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas
  • ensure quality, safe, and fast food production
  • control food costs
  • train kitchen staff in production procedures
  • hire qualified crew
  • train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize employees
