Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Pass the company's background process
- Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance
- Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Obtain valid, state approved Seller\/Server certification for alcohol within 90 days of employment
- Obtain health certification within 90 days of employment
- No visible tattoos on head, neck, or face above the uniform
- visible tattoos on arms or hands must be smaller than 1 inch by 1 inch unless concealed
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, late evenings, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
- Computer and calculator proficiency
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to resolve guest issues with tact
- Professional personal appearance
Job Duties
- Supervise and train a team of 20 to 45 team members
- Oversee food preparation, safety, and quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales goals
- Manage overall restaurant operations including profit and loss
- Interact with customers and provide excellent guest service
- Motivate team members to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Operate point of sale terminal and handle guest inquiries and complaints
