Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Pass the company's background process
  • Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance
  • Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Obtain valid, state approved Seller\/Server certification for alcohol within 90 days of employment
  • Obtain health certification within 90 days of employment
  • No visible tattoos on head, neck, or face above the uniform
  • visible tattoos on arms or hands must be smaller than 1 inch by 1 inch unless concealed
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, late evenings, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Computer and calculator proficiency
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to resolve guest issues with tact
  • Professional personal appearance

Job Duties

  • Supervise and train a team of 20 to 45 team members
  • Oversee food preparation, safety, and quality standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales goals
  • Manage overall restaurant operations including profit and loss
  • Interact with customers and provide excellent guest service
  • Motivate team members to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Operate point of sale terminal and handle guest inquiries and complaints
