Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Design strategy and set goals
  • Set policies and systems/processes
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Prepare regular reports
  • Coaching
  • Run shifts and staff according to position
  • Evaluate staff
  • Follow food safety goals and regulations
  • Use existing data and reports to provide solutions to issues and track results
  • Use computers and iPads
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all stations in the store
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on any changes
  • Make sure all opening or closing tasks as assigned and completed
