Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
  • Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and report results to management
  • Oversee Guest Service Department to maintain excellent service and sales promotions
  • Ensure Kitchen Department delivers high-quality food and controls food costs
  • Manage People Department including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation
