Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks
- follow up and report results to team and management
- ensure sales promotions are executed well
- train service staff in service procedures
- organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- deliver high-quality food quickly and safely
- control food costs
- train kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items
- hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew throughout their employment
